A second way to manage your states, is to control and direct the focus of your find.


The way you feel and what you experience in your body comes from what you focus your attention upon during a given moment.


When you focus on the good stuff, it becomes good; when you focus on the bad stuff, it suddenly becomes bad. However, it is exactly there, the same objective.


I usually spend little time on the bad side and try to learn a lesson from it, and then I start to think about the good it can bring to me and how I can make full use of it and make something better happen.
