Make Radica proud of us.

Sales is so exciting, i cannot wait to 全身心投入。

Take the risk, take the leap! Make great things happen, and be proud of ourselves!

Mom and dad, i love you!

他邮件里说:“what can we imagine what we can achieve.

暗爽一下,这句话是我自己改编出来的,原来的是“What You Can Imagine, What You Can Achieve!”,我本人比较喜欢用”We”,嘿嘿!

What We Can Imagine, What We Can Achieve!

打了场篮球,pretty fun of it.

Jeff and John Dorris

当然,我也很开心地跟她还有Cicy分享了Project YoungPros,很开心她们认同了这个项目的意义,并且给了一些很practical and make sense的反馈-How to make cash flow happen.

Thanks Cindy!!!

What We Can Imagine, What We Can Achieve!

Everyone wants to be strong and self sufficient, but few are willing to put in the work necessary to achieve worthy goals!

– Gandhi

This is writing to one of my best friends, who is now in hard time and feeling tired of everything happens around her. I have offered all my mind to analyze the situation with her and gave her my suggestion. She agreed with what I have said in our conversation.

However, today I asked how was everything and she told me that it got worse.

Why? “I could not control myself.” She replied me  this. And it’s not the first time our conversation goes like this.

That’s why I say “Unless you help yourself, otherwise, no one can help you!”

Good luck to you, my friend. Really hope you will get out of the trouble and start thinking the right way.

What We Can Imagine, What We Can Achieve!

Successful people looks ahead, not just what it is  now, but what it could and what it will be  later in 5 years, 10 years.

They see possibilities of the world, possibilities of the industry and then be the leader of the evolution. It’s a bit like Carly Fiorina, she sees the possibilities of people, and help people  see it, thus motivate people around.

Relevant Thinking:

Think Out of the Box and Habitize it!

About Balance and 冲

Career is not like acquiring knowledge in school. Why?

  • Books are there
  • Opportunities won’t knock your door twice. And people have on average 7 opportunities in a life time.

Therefore, we need to 冲 at our best age and seize one opportunity. And if we don’t catch one at this age, we may probably have less of them when we get older.

You need to 冲 to differentiate yourself from other people around. And 20’s and early 30’s might be the best period, while you have least burden.

Otherwise, you may:

  • Not able to earn opportunity, if you don’t have impressive performance;
  • Not able to leverage the opportunity earned, to best establish your best advantage over people around
  • Have  less opportunity in later period, as you don’t stand out in your early age

But…

Do remember to communicate with:

  • Family
  • Lover
  • People those who matter

Keep monitoring in case there is negative signal

About Pressure:

When there are abundant tasks at hand, people tend to get tired and feel pressure, and usually the word “balance” come up to our mind. Somehow it is good, and somehow we are setting limitation to ourselves and not willing to get out of our comfort zone.

Francis gives me pressure and insist on me doing it, most of the time, it’s because he thinks I can because he has passed over this stage. A senior people looks bigger and further than a junior one.

Dear Jeff,

It’s happy to chat with you and enjoy 5 days experience with you in Shanxi.

You may understand more about yourself and my thinking. You are a quality person, and it’s time for you to jump to another stage of your personal development.

Spend some time to grow yourself, in a tough way, then you will be more comfortable later! I passed your stage and I support you!

Add Oil!

Thanks to Anthony Robbins, really, for a life time.

1. 想像力 creativity and think out of box

Blessing to Cindy:

Recently my dear sister Cindy has been in hard times and luckily she has  nearly gone through it and now everything seems gets back to normal. I really wish her a very happy life and strong mind. She is such a nice person with a kind heart to people around. God bless Cindy!

And thanks Schiller for the caring all along the way.

So much for today.

What We Can Imagine, What We Can Achieve!

Cool!!! We are now connected by Skype! Communication is never that easy!!!

Train Up Jessie and Karen

Manager,Motivator,Coach,…

That’s really great!

3. Tough Choices

下面摘抄一句分享,(这是她对HP fires her without respect的comment):

I felt all these things, but after a lifetime of fears I was not afraid. I had done what I thought was right. I had given everything I had to somehting I believed in. I had made mistakes, but I had made a difference. I was at peace with my choices and their consequences. My soul was still my own.

(I am a bookaholic, haha)
